Applifier: Developer Engagement

Applifier sought out to provide game developers with the tools to drive app discovery and monetization. Through its proprietary product, Everyplay, mobile game players can record and share their gameplay through in-app video. Through the GameAds product, developers can display short video ads in their game to make money or acquire players. Within one year of launching the Everyplay video replays product into the market with Path Advisors support, the company had received over 500 mobile developer signups for the API and over 450 games were live with Everyplay enabled. Within 2 years of media engagement with Path Advisors, Unity Technologies acquired Applifier, and while Everyplay remains the same, GameAds was rebranded to UnityAds.
